*The Plum Yum Smoothie*
Plums are one of my most favorite fruits. Plums are a great source of vitamin A, C, K, & B complex. They are amazing for the skin, your vision, immune system, bone health, and healthy digestion.
*Plum Yum Smoothie*
Ingredients (all organic)
1 Frozen Mango
1 +1/2 Frozen Banana
1 Fresh Plum
1/2 tbs hempseeds
1 cup of distilled or alkaline water
Toppings: Fresh Cherries + Fresh Kiwi
Directions:
1. Place your smoothie ingredients inside blender + add water + hemp seeds + blend until smooth
2. Pour inside glass + top with fresh cherries + kiwi + Drinky
