Nutrient rich food renews your cells from within. I loveee a good green smoothie. It’s the perfect way to sneak some good greens into your diet especially if you’re not a big salad person. This smoothie is loaded with essential vitamins and minerals. Enjoy my friends ♥
*Nutrient Rich Green Smoothie*
Serving Size: 1 Large Smoothie
Ingredients: (All Organic)
1 Cup Fresh Kale (Rough Chopped)
1 Tsp Freeze Dried Wheat Grass Powder (Omit if you don’t have any)
2 Cups of Fresh Melon or one Small Melon (Rough Chop)
2 Frozen Bananas (Rough Chop and Freeze overnight)
1 Cup Spring Water
Toppings: Fresh Mango + Hemp Seeds + Goji Berries + Coconut Shreds
Optional: 1/2 Tbs (Coconut Nectar, or Date syrup, or Agave) add if your prefer super sweet
Directions:
1. Rinse + Clean all ingredients + freeze bananas over night
2. Place all ingredients inside high speed blender + add water + freeze dried powder
3. Blend until smooth + pour inside bowl or glass + add toppings of choice + Drink right away
