*Mint Kick Smoothie*
If you like the flavor of mint omgeeee wait until you try this smoothie. Mint is great for oral care, digestion, and is known to help with asthma.
*Mint Kick Smoothie*
Ingredients (all organic)
5-7 fresh mint leafs (depends on how much mint you like I used 7 mint leafs)
10 fresh raspberries
15 frozen pineapple chunks
1 frozen yellow mango
2-3 Tbs fresh orange juice
1 cup coconut water
Directions:
1.Rinse and clean your mint + raspberries + add all ingredients to blender + blend until smooth
2. Pour inside blender + top with fresh mint+ raspberries + orange slices
3. Drink & taste the bursting delish mint flavors. So refreshing 😉
