**Green Pow WOW Smoothie**
Its Green Smoothie time to all my Health Nut Friends. Green foods are known to be loaded with chlorophyll which help to detox the body and helps the blood deliver oxygen to the body. Green based foods fight free radicals and are filled with so many nutrients. I called this the Pow Wow Smoothie because its loaded with greens and will go inside your body in go pow hahah.
Ingredients:
1-2 Fresh Kale leafs
7-8 Fresh Spinach leafs
8-10 Frozen pineapple chunks
1-2 tbs maple syrup
1 cup distilled or alkaline water
Optional: 5-7 fresh blueberries + organic mulberries, goldenberries, goji berries etc
Optional: 1/2 fresh apple for added sweetness
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients inside blender (not the blueberries) + blend
2. Once you have a thick smoothie consistency pour inside glass + add your favorite toppings
I added a baby shot of a smoothie as well. Haha
