*Fruit Infused Water*
I love infused water. Its a great way to stay hydrated and also help to detox your body. Here are a couple of my favorite recipes 🙂 Plus you can read my other blog with several recipes + more details of the benefits of drinking water www.lashananicole.com/fruit-infused-water
Ingredients:
Raspberries + Oranges + Mint ( squeeze some of the orange juice inside the water and allow to sit overnight)
Grapefruit + Lemons (squeeze a little lemon juice inside water + allow to sit overnight add a tiny agave to sweeten)
StrawBerries + Cucumber + Lemon + Mint
Cucumber + raspberries + oranges
Pineapples + mint
Watermelons + mint
Allow all of your infused water to sit overnight! So tasty and refreshing 😉
