*Fruit Cocktail Smoothie*
I love this smoothie combo. Such great flavors + topped with tasty fruit 🙂
*Fruit Cocktail Smoothie*
Ingredients: (all organic)
1+1/2 frozen pear
1/2 frozen mango
2 frozen bananas
1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp hemp seeds
Optional: 1tbs organic raw sweetener of choice
Optional Toppings: pomegranate seeds+ fresh mangos + fresh pear
Directions:
1. Toss all your fruit inside blender + add milk + add chia & hemp seeds + blend
2. Pour inside glass + top with fresh fruit (drink right away)
