*Antioxidant Smoothie*
Ingredients (all organic):
1 swiss chard leaf (remove the stem)
2 small curly kale leafs (remove stem)
2+1/2- 3 frozen bananas (depending on how sweet you would like your smoothie)
1 cup almond milk
2-3 tbs of raw agave nectar
Optional: Toppings fresh strawberries + blueberries + coconutshreds
Optional: 1/2 tbs hempseeds (natural source of protein)
Directions:
1. Place your swiss chard + kale leafs inside blender (note: break them into smaller pieces so that they will blend smooth)
2. Add your frozen bananas + almond milk + sweetener + Blend
3. Pour smoothie inside glass + top with fresh fruit of choice
