*Ginger Bread Smoothie*
Im clearly in the holiday spirit already haha so I made a gingerbread inspired smoothie! Ginger is amazing for you and taste amazing. Ginger is know to help fight cancer, diabetes and has a ton of antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Short and sweet add ginger to your healthy eating lifestyle.
Ingredients:
*2 Frozen Bananas
*3-4 dates
* Tiny piece of fresh ginger (Note: Remove skin + add a little at first ginger has a super strong taste you can add more if you like but start with a piece)
*1 C organic almond milk or (nut milk)
*Optional Toppings: Fresh Strawberries + Organic Vanilla granola +almonds
Directions:
1. Toss your frozen bananas + dates +fresh ginger + almond milk inside blender + blend
2. Once you have a desired texture pour inside glass + top with strawberries + granola
3. Enjoy 🙂
