*Colors Of The Rainbow Salad*
This salad is jam packed with antioxidants and full of good nutrition. It’s bursting with flavor.
*Rainbow Salad*
Ingredients (all organic)
2 Full Lettuce Leafs (2+1/2 Cups)
1 Avocado
1/2 Pomegranate seeds
1 Cup Cabbage
1 Grated Carrot
Optional: Black Sesame Seeds
Thai Peanut Dressing (I use the kind fromthe brand San-J

Directions:
1. Clean all of your produce
2. Cut your lettuce leafs + cabbage into small strips (I use scissors)
3. Chop your avocado into chunks+ grate your carrots + place all inside of a bowl or plate
4. Place your pomegranate seeds + black sesame seeds + pour dressing on top
Note: I like to shake my salad inside of a mixing bowl to make sure all is covered with dressing. Its yum! Enjoy!
