* Double The Greens Smoothie*
A quick way to get some nutrition inside your body is drinking a green smoothie or in this case a double dose of greens! So yummy.
*Double The Greens*
Ingredients: (all organic)
1 Cup Fresh Spinach
1/2 Cup Fresh chopped up Cucumber
2 Frozen Bananas
3-4 Frozen Apricots
1+1/2 cup of water (use 1 cup to start & add more if needed)
Optional: 1/2 tbs of flaxseeds
Toppings: Kiwi + apricots + mangos + blueberries
Directions:
1. Place all your smoothie ingredients inside blender + add water + blend until smooth
2. Pour inside of glass + add fresh toppings (blueberries + mangos + apricots + kiwi)
