*The Candy Smoothie*
If you have a sweet tooth drinking a smoothie is a perfect way to ease that craving. Fruit is natures true candy and provides a ton of vitamins, minerals & antioxidants. Its awesome to be able to have a treat that taste amazing + it is amazing for you. I am truly a smoothie addict 😉
*Candy Smoothie*
Ingredients: (all organic)
1 frozen mango
1 frozen banana
1/2 fresh grapefruit
1/2-1 Cup 100% coconut water (add liquid as you go)
Toppings: Fresh kiwi + Fresh mango + Fresg grapefruit
Directions:
1. Place all your fruit inside blender + blend until smooth
2. Pour inside of glass + place your fruit (natures candy) on top
