Wakame seaweed is not only delicious, but it is also very healthy. It helps to prevent diabetes, blood clotting, heart disease, viral infections, and it promotes healthy immunity. It is filled with iodine which helps to balance the thyroid gland and helps to convert food into energy. Wakame is an excellent source of calcium which is needed for healthy bones and helps to prevent osteoporosis. It is loaded with Vitamins A, C,D, E, and K which are all essential immune health, and healthy skin, and bones. I hope you all love this seaweed salad recipe! I think it’s tasty♥

*Wakame Seaweed Salad* (Serving Size:2)
Ingredients:
3 Cups of Soaked Raw Wakame Seaweed (Soak in water for 30 minutes + drain)
1 +1/2 Tbs Organic Rice Vinegar or (Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar)
1 Tbs Sesame Oil
2 Tbs Organic Gluten Free Tamari Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Organic Maple Syrup (Grade B if possible)
1 Small Grated Garlic Clove
1 Tbs Roasted Sesame seeds
1 Scallion (Rough Chopped)

1. Cut your seaweed into strips (using kitchen sheers) +soak + drain your seaweed
2. Place your soaked seaweed into mixing bowl +add all ingredients (excluding the sesame seeds)
3. Stir+ allow salad to refrigerate for 30 minutes
4. While salad is in the refrigerator add 2 tsp sesame oil to pan + sesame seeds + toast for 3 mins
5. Add toasted sesame seeds to salad + top with fresh scallions + sesame seeds + consume right away
