*Sauteed Garlic Broccolini*

Sauteed Broccolini is super easy to make, yummy, and good for you. Broccoli contains high amounts of potassium which help aid in a healthy nervous system, contains large amounts of beta carotene, zinc, and selenium which helps with boosting your immune system, fiber which will help your digestive system work better and glucoraphanin which helps protect against cancer as well as sun damage.

You need a few simple ingredients:
Pack of Broccolini
2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

2 or 3 Garlic cloves depending on how much you want

1 teaspoon of himalayan salt and pepper

1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder and Onion Powder add more to taste

Red pepper flakes (Optional)

Directions:
Rinse and trim ends of broccolini

Place in a pan of water to boil for 5-7 mins (This helps make them soft and the sauteed effect better)

Add 2 tablespoons of Evoo to a skillet and let warm on medium heat. Add garlic to pan and saute them first until they have a golden brown look. Next add the broccolini  and sprinkle your pepper, salt, onion & garlic powder on top and let cook for 3-5 minutes until you have the desired texture.

That is it super easy now transfer to a dish and enjoy! 🙂
