*Sauteed Broccolini*

Ingredients:
(All Organic)

3 Bunches of Broccolini
2 Small Heirloom Tomatoes
Handfull of cherry tomatoes
1/4 Cup Red Onion
1/4 Cup Red Pepper
2-3 Chopped Garlic Cloves
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2-3 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tbs of Tamari (wheat free soy sauce) or Coconut Aminos
Pinch of Himalayan Pink SeaSalt

Directions:

1. Rinse and clean your broccolini ( remove very bottom of stem) + tomatoes ( Note: apple cider vinegar + water to clean)
2. Place 6 cups of water inside of a pot + boil
3. Once water is boiling add broccolini for 2 minutes
4. Rinse broccolini in cold water + set aside
5. Add 2-3 Tbs of EVOO ( your oil to pan + allow to warm)
6. Add your onions + garlic + red pepper + broccolini + seasonings + allow to saute for 2 mins
7. Add your tomatoes + tamari or coconut aminos + allow to saute for 2 additional minutes
8. Place in serving dish + enjoy ūüėČ
