Here’s another great filling healthy breakfast idea. I love raw puddings they are delicious and loaded with nutrition. If you have children this is a very kid friendly treat. Enjoy!
*Peppermint Raw Pudding*
Ingredients (all organic)
1 Medium Size Avocado
1 Ripe Banana
2 Tbs of Fresh Orange Juice (I used the juice from an orange add more if needed)
1 Tbs of Raw Coconut Nectar (or raw agave)
1 Tbs of Raw Cacao Powder
1 +1/2 Tbs of Raw Carob Powder
1 Tsp of Chia Seeds
1/4 Tsp Peppermint flavor (note this is very strong so add a dash first and add more to taste)
Toppings: Fresh Kiwi + Goji Berries + Cacao Nibs + Pomegranate seeds
1. Place your avocado + banana + all ingredients inside food processor
2. Allow to process until you have a smooth pudding texture
3. Pour inside bowl + top with fresh fruit + cacao nibs + goji berries + consume right away!
