*Peach Dream Smoothie*
I love that all the summer fruits are slowly coming back in season. I can make fresh smoothies with so many of my favorite fruits again. Here’s a new recipe I know y’all will love. Enjoy my healthy friends♥
*Peach Dream Smoothie* (Servings size: 1 portion)
Ingredients:
3 Frozen Organic Peaches
1/2 Fresh Cantaloupe ( Cut in half + Rough chop)
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
1 +1/2 Cup Alkaline Water (add more if needed)
Optional: 1 Tbs Raw Agave Nectar (if you prefer extra sweet)
Toppings: Fresh Kiwi + Strawberries + Goji Berries +Coconut Shreds
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients inside blender + blend until smooth + pour inside glass
2. Add your fruit toppings of choice + drink right away
