(Practice makes perfect right) Haha. I am truly having so much fun, and it feels good to know my body is benefiting from all the nutritious foods I am giving it. The Peach Banana smoothie is super easy to make. Peaches are packed with nutrients including vitamin A & C, potassium, calcium, and beta carotene. You cant taste the maca powder at all. Feel free to add Chia Seeds, Hemp seeds, or flax seeds to the top of your smoothies as well. Its a great way to sneak in extra nutrition. Kids will love this as well, its sweet and is a perfect substitute snack instead of chips, cookies, candy etc.

Happy transition to being a Health Nut 🙂
