If you’re not a big salad fan, you can still eat your greens by blending them inside of fresh smoothies. I love to sneak greens into my diet when i’m not in the mood for a salad. Smoothies or fresh juice are the perfect way to do it. This recipe a very delightful combo of flavors.
*Joyful Day Green Smoothie* 1 big serving
Ingredients: (all organic)
1 Cup Fresh Curly Green Kale
2 Fresh Kiwi’s (remove skin)
2 Frozen Bananas (Freeze Overnight)
1 +1/2 Cup of Alkaline Water
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
Toppings: Fresh Kiwi + Coconut Shreds
1. Clean + rinse your kale + remove skin from kiwi + add all ingredients to high speed blender (I use Vitamix)
2. Blend until smooth + pour inside of cup + add your fruit toppings of choice
