*Coco Ice Pops*
These coconut pops are seriously super simple to make and such a great treat. This is the perfect healthy snack for adults or children. It is full of natural fruit juice flavors + you can eat the frozen delicious fruit inside. Every bite is a joy.
*Coconut Pops*
Ingredients (makes 2-3):
Juice from 1 young thai coconut + coconut meat or 1 bottle of 100% coconut water
Fresh fruit or choice ( I used blueberries + pom seeds + kiwis)
Popsicle maker ( I have the tovola brand works great & makes nice size ice pops)
Directions:
1. Pour your coconut water inside the popsicle molds + add fruit of choice
2. press your fruit to the side walls of popsicle mode ( this allows the fruit to be on the outdie when you remove them)
3. Freeze for a few hours or until frozen ( I allowed mine to freeze over night)
4. When finish take out & run mold ONLY a few seconds under hot water & the molds will slide right out
