*Avocado Kale Cabbage Bowls*
I love to find a good spread to put on top of raw foods. This Avocado Kale spread is super yummy and of course loaded with a ton of good nutrition.
Ingredients (all organic):
**Avocado Kale Spread **
1 Cup of mixed Curly Kale + Dino Kale (Feel free to use only curly kale)
1 Cup Spinach
1 Ripe Avocado
2-3 Tbs of fresh lemon juice (add more if needed)
1/3 tsp onion powder
1/3 tsp garlic powder
1/3 tsp black pepper
2 tbs nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp himalayan pink sea salt
1/2 tbs of dried or fresh dill (I used dried)
Optional:Pinch of cayenne (If you dont like any spice than exclude this ingredient)
3 Cabbage bowls
Directions:
1. Place all your spread ingredients inside food processor + let process until it has a thick creamy consistency
2. Cut + Rinse your cabbage bowls
3. Place your spread inside the cabbage bowls+ top with fresh spinach leaf + red pepper flakes + dried dill
4. Take a bite ahhhhh ENJOY 🙂
