*Blissful Salad*
Looking for a salad with a citrus kick? The Blissful Salad is sooo yummy and a perfect balance of flavors. Avocado has a great source of vitamin E, and healthy fats. Your skin and body will thank you after you eat this salad. Grapefruits are loaded with vitamin C and will help with keep your immune system nice and strong.
*The Blissful Salad*
Ingredients: (all organic)
1 Grapefruit
1-2 Avocado
3-4 Fresh Basil Leafs
pinch of himalayan pink seasalt
Optional: 1 tbs of lemon juice ( not needed I didnt use it the juice from the grapefruit + basil was perfect)
Directions:
1. Chop up your grapefruit plus allow juice to drip inside bowl
2. Chop up your avocado + basil + add to bowl of grapefruit
3. add pinch of seasalt + mix well + Enjoy 🙂
