*Zucchini Pizza Bowls*
I love these perfect little bite size pizza bites. They are very kid friendly and super healthy.
*Raw Zucchini Pizza Bowls*
Ingredients:(all organic)
2 zucchinis
kalamata olives
2 fresh basil leafs
5 cherry tomatoes
chopped rep pepper
dash of pepper
dash of himalayan pink seasalt
sprinkle of garlic powder
sprinkle of onion powder
spinkle of dry dill powder
optional: jelepeno peppers for spice
Eggplant & mushroom organic marinara sauce (from wholefoods)
*Homemade raw marinara recipe*
1/4 cup red pepper
1-2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
pinch of garlic powder
pinch of red pepper flakes
4-5 organic sundried tomatoes
8 fresh organic plum or cherry tomatoes
Optional: 1 chopped crimini mushrooms
DIrections:
1. If you decide to make your marinara sauce which will keep dish raw mix all ingredients inside food processor + allow to process until smooth + set aside
2. Slice your zucchini really thin + add marinara sauce on top of each zucchini slice
3. Add your toppings
4. If you prefer a warm pizza bowl allow them to dehydrate for 45mins
5. Sprinkle your powders on top and Bon Appetit 😉
